Nestled in lush surroundings, the house is ideally located near Foix, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Mirepoix, the mountains, and the sea. Enjoy hiking, swimming, canoeing, or fishing. The 130 m² house has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite, and accommodates up to 10 guests. Take in breathtaking views of the Pyrenees and beautiful sunsets. An infrared sauna for 3-4 people is available for your relaxation. The garden features a pool and solar outdoor shower, perfect for all ages. Furnished terraces offer a pool, tables, parasols, chairs, and loungers for outdoor gatherings. Inside, two bright living rooms overlook the garden, pool, and mountains. The dining area has a large table for 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample workspace. Bedrooms include a master suite with shower, WC, and double sinks, 8 single beds convertible into 4 king-size beds (180 x 200), plus a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. There are two showers, a whirlpool bathtub, and three WCs for added comfort. Located in Belpech (11), on the border of Ariège and Haute-Garonne, the house sits on the hillside of La Piège in Lauragais. Just a 5-minute walk from the village center, you'll find small supermarkets, a bakery, butcher/deli, hairdresser, post office, medical center, pharmacy, and tobacconist. Access to the house involves a few steps and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Internet use is the tenant's responsibility.
